在济南汽车音响改装电路中，各部分电路出现异常所表现的故障现象，一般都有其规律性。从大量纳检修实例来看，故障发生的原因及部位均有相似之处，一般有以下几种情况。

3.功率放大器故障。功率放大器是汽车收放机故障率最高的部分(占检修故障的80%以上)，很多故障都是因为功放集成块被击穿引起的。究其原因不外乎两种情况：一是汽车发电机电压调节器不良，引起电源电压上升过高，发生过压或过载而损坏；二是汽车电机产生的瞬态峰值电压将集成块击穿。
